EFT To Liberate Yourself From Limiting Beliefs and Fears (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, is also known as Tapping. Sometimes, it feels too painful to experience what we are feeling. This makes it difficult to be in the present moment. By not wanting to deal with our emotions, we create a disconnect from ourselves. Experience the benefits of using EFT to connect with your feelings. Tap away the emotional impact of troubling events in your life that you are either experiencing now, or those from your past. Experience the resulting personal peace and self-acceptance. Liberate yourself from your limiting beliefs and fears that may be holding you back. EFT is clinically proven to reduce cortisol, the stress hormone in your body. Studies show that this practice reduces stress so that stressful events from the past no longer trigger stressful responses in the body. This program is offered through Zoom online or in person at this time. more info
