EFT To Liberate Yourself From Limiting Beliefs and Fears (Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is also known as Tapping.

Participants in this program will identify the goals and/or issues that they would like to address. They may commit to 5 sessions in which they will receive EFT coaching. This coaching process allows the participants to discover their underlying beliefs and the resulting limitations these beliefs impose. With awareness and the energetic release of EFT, they are free to create new self-suppporting beliefs.

Sometimes, it may feel too painful to focus on what we are feeling. This makes it difficult to be in the present moment. By not wanting to deal with our emotions, we create a disconnect from ourselves. Experience the benefits of using EFT to connect with your feelings.
