Louise Chivers Counselling

Louise Chivers Counselling is a private practice counselling service for folks struggling with anxiety disorders and symptoms. Cogntive Behavioural (CBT) techniques and treatment provided, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is especially helpful for those with a history of trauma, difficult childhoods or car accidents.

I am new to the Sunshine Coast so I have a some openings at this time. I see youth and adults via zoom or inperson, if vaccinate. Some insurance companies will help pay for counselling so please check before you book. My fee is $175 for an one hour session. I offer a 15 minute telephone consult to assess and answer questions.
