Community Integrated Wellness

Community Integrated Wellness provides a broad, holistic and integrated repertoire of counselling services aimed at optimizing our clients' mental health , psycho-social functioning and creative community engagement.  We employ a biological, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual lens to address challenges to clients' mood, behaviour, relationships and all-round wellness with the hope of supporting them in their journey towards their most fulfilling lives. 

We also understand that our clients have busy and sometimes challenging lives and their options (or sometimes lack thereof) for mental health support can be overwhelming.  With this in mind, we offer free initial consultations to assess compatibility, daytime, evening and weekend scheduling options to accommodate a wide variety of work/ life limitations, and sessions by phone, Zoom or even house calls to ensure that all members of our community have access to qualtiy mental health care.
