Back Home Therapy

Back Home Therapy offers individual and relationship counselling sessions. In-person sessions are available in Sechelt, and virtual sessions are available for any residents of British Columbia or Alberta. Back Home Therapy strives to make therapy feel comfortable and warm, while still professional. The goal is to be supported to understand yourself and your experiences, so that you can make the best decisions for yourself and live in a way that's most authentic to you. 

Claire (she/her) is a therapist currently living on the Sunshine Coast. Claire has her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of British Columbia, and is currently a registered social worker (RSW) with both the Alberta College of Social Workers and British Columbia College of Social Workers. She has worked as a transition worker for youth aging out of care, a hospital social worker, a therapist in Child & Youth Mental Health, and a therapist in Adult Mental Health and Substance Use services. Her broad range of work experience allows for a holistic and flexible approach.
