Cornerstone Nutrition
Jan Stephens registered her private practice, Cornerstone Nutrition, in 2017 and provides in-person nutritiion counselling to clients on the Sunshine Coast or virtual counselling to clients in the province of B.C.. She has 18 years experience working as the sole dietitian at Sechelt Hospital.
Jan is a certified diabetes educator, certified pod trainer (insulin pumps) and has a masters degree. Also she has additional training in Sports Nutrition and as a functional dietitian which provides a wider scope of practice with client experiencing GI difficulties, Ie, IBS, esophageal reflux, diverticulitis, etc,.
The nutrition counseling service is provided by a Registered Dietitian and is often covered by Medical Insurance and is an Income Tax Medical Expense.

1. Nutrition Assessment (60 min), report and meal plan $150.00
2. Starter package- 60 min counseling plus follow up $230.00
3. Follow up Consults $95
7. Weekly journal monitoring $140/m
