The Preston Method™ — At-Home Functional Mobility Support
The Preston Method™ is a non-clinical, assessment-based methodology designed for adults
managing chronic pain, neurological conditions, or deconditioning following illness, surgery, or
rehabilitation. Every program begins with a movement assessment before anything is prescribed.
Programs are delivered in-home or remotely, with caregiver integration built in from the start.
The program is specifically designed to complement — not replace — physiotherapy, chiropractic,
and medical care. It operates in the gap that physicians commonly identify: patients who have
completed rehabilitation but are not yet ready for general exercise, and who are likely to regress
without structured progressive support.more info
