Hilary Prince supports youth, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, boundary issues, parenting challenges, school difficulties, and the impact of a loved one’s substance use. She has extensive experience with children who have diverse learning needs and over two decades of experience with families in education and community development.

Hilary uses a strengths-based, person-centred, trauma-informed approach, integrating mindfulness, play therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. She tailors each session to the individual to foster growth, resilience, and well-being.
