The Landing Counselling & Psychotherapy

We are an inclusive practice offering counselling and psychotherapy for adult individuals, couples and groups who are in need of support for relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, sexuality, and grief / loss etc. We offer clients an accepting presence that is wrapped in warmth, understanding, compassion, and sincerity. Within a safe, stable relationship the seeds of healing and growth reside, thus our theoretical approach is relational, experiential, and emotion-based. We draw from attachment theories, emotion focused theories, mindfulness and neurobiology. We have experience in trauma-informed care, and work to undo aloneless one person at a time.
