- 1 888 939-3333: A toll free line where anyone can ask any question about cancer from prevention and understanding their diagnosis to finding services in their local communities (e.g. wig/prostheses, transportation, support groups, etc.). Interpretation available for over 100 languages.

Practical Support:
- Financial help for travel & treatment: Limited, short-term financial assistance to cover a portion of cancer-related transportation and accommodation expenses.
- Affordable accommodations: Lodges in Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna and Prince George offer 24-hour support from caring volunteers and staff, providing a home away from home during cancer treatment.
- Wigs & Prosthesis: Borrow wigs and breast prostheses for free from across the province.
Emotional Support:
- Talking to someone who’s been there: CancerConnection and New Normal connect patients, caregivers and survivors with highly trained volunteers for peer support over the phone.
- CancerConnection.ca: A moderated online community to share experiences and find support 24 hours a day.
