Self-Management BC provides support for people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic pain, cancer, heart, kidney and lung diseases, arthritis, lupus, Parkinson, MS, etc. We offer: - COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS (Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Chronic Conditions, Cancer: Thriving & Surviving) that are led by peer leaders and run for 2.5 hours for 6 weeks. - HEALCH COACH PROGRAM that involves volunteer health coaches providing weekly 30 minutes telephone coaching for 3 – 6 months for individuals wanting to improve their confidence and motivation to become healthier. Individuals are paired with coaches based on gender and possibly shared chronic conditions. - ONLINE WORKSHOPS (Chronic Conditions) that are flexible, self-paced, available 24/7. more info

They provide services right to your home on the Sunshine Coast at no extra cost, upcharge, nor travel fee. This team of dental hygienists can provide examinations, x-rays, cleanings, polish, fluoride, mouth guards, whitening, and some cavity solutions.
