Coastal Recovery Community is a recovery centre for those seeking freedom from alcohol and drug addiction. Located in Gibsons, BC, this cozy, intimate facility is fully equipped with four private bedrooms and all amenities. Our treatment program is 12 step based and we focus on the 4 pillars of recovery, spirituality, nutrition and fitness. We support each person we treat in experiencing a FULL recovery from addiction. Our clients have access to counselling, medical practitioners and holistic treatment programs, as well as outdoor gym, hiking, etc. This idyllic west coast home is a place where connection happens: where the deep inner and outer work results in a firm grounding of sobriety, supported with ongoing mentoring and support. Samantha Cheng (RCC, she/her) offers individual counselling services for adults and youth (14+) who may be navigating life transitions, experiencing grief and loss, or exploring questions of meaning and identity. Samantha truly believes that feeling seen and heard is a crucial part of the human experience, and foundational in allowing individuals to foster their own sense of belonging and significance in the world. It is her passion for this process that drew me to this field, and it is her joy to witness individuals embarking on journeys of discovery that lead to greater abilities to move, act, and speak from an authentic and integrated place that acknowledges and honours their voices, needs, and experiences.
