Kelly Gibson has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2003. She has recently become a Foot Care Nurse and is accepting new clients for safe and professional foot care. All equipment is steralized to B.C. Best Practice Guidlines. All equipment and techniques are to current standards. She offers a mobile service as well as in office foot care at Howe Sound Pharmacy. She provides complete foot care assessments. Services include: nail cutting and filing, corn, callus and heal fissure care and prevention, thickened nail reduction, care of toenail abnormalities, management of foot deformities as well as diabetic foot care and education. more info

Currently no hospital or home visits. Assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and prescribes. Can also formally refer clients to specialists. The nurse practitioner sees many clients with long thick nails, diabetes, heavy callus, plantar warts, plantar fasciitis, ingrown nails, fungal infections, wounds infections, and circulation problems.more info
