Self-Management BC
Self-Management BC provides support for people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes, chronic pain, cancer, heart, kidney and lung diseases, arthritis, lupus, Parkinson, MS, etc. We offer:
- COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS (Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Chronic Conditions, Cancer: Thriving & Surviving) that are led by peer leaders and run for 2.5 hours for 6 weeks.
- HEALCH COACH PROGRAM that involves volunteer health coaches providing weekly 30 minutes telephone coaching for 3 – 6 months for individuals wanting to improve their confidence and motivation to become healthier. Individuals are paired with coaches based on gender and possibly shared chronic conditions.
- ONLINE WORKSHOPS (Chronic Conditions) that are flexible, self-paced, available 24/7. more info

Sexual Abuse Intervention Program (SAIP) - Sunshine Coast
Counselling is available to children and youth (ages 3-18) who have experienced sexual abuse and/or have sexual behavior problems. This includes children under the age of 12 with sexually intrusive behavior's. Service includes a range of appropriate and timely assessment, treatment and consultation to both children and their families. Program funding is provided by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).

Dr. Endre Sinkovics, or Dr. Dre for short, graduated from the University of British Columbia. He is originally from Budapest, Hungary. Dr. Dre is passionate about his profession and eager to make a difference in people’s lives. He would often hear that patients appreciate his kind and caring approach to dental care. He believes in finding the root cause of a problem and educating the patients while also providing gentle treatment for their concerns. Before dental school at UBC, Dr. Dre completed an Honours degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry with a Minor in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. During dental school at UBC, he was selected to participate in an implant elective course, which established his early interest in this field of dentistry. When not at the office, he enjoys his hobbies which include sports and playing music.
