Renewal Counselling

Michael provides counselling to individuals 16 years + and to couples. He uses a person-centred style which incorporates Internal Family Systems (Parts therapy), motivational, cognitive-behavioural, Gestalt, mindfulness and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. Michael will assist you to find your way out of life crises, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger management and addictions. He is a specialist with internet addictions and related issues.
