Circle of Support
Provides free support, training, and consultation for parents and caregivers with children and youth up to age 19 with Complex Developmental Behavioral Conditions (CDBC) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Services include one-to-one support; groups and support circles; and advocacy. Training and education is available for parents, caregivers, and service providers who work with children/youth. Children and youth who have a diagnosis or symptoms of CDBC (where two or more areas are significantly affected: social emotional functioning, communication, physical functioning, independence, and intellectual or academic functioning) are eligible for the program. No referral required.
