Samantha Cheng (RCC, she/her) offers individual counselling services for adults and youth (14+) who may be navigating life transitions, experiencing grief and loss, or exploring questions of meaning and identity. Samantha truly believes that feeling seen and heard is a crucial part of the human experience, and foundational in allowing individuals to foster their own sense of belonging and significance in the world. It is her passion for this process that drew me to this field, and it is her joy to witness individuals embarking on journeys of discovery that lead to greater abilities to move, act, and speak from an authentic and integrated place that acknowledges and honours their voices, needs, and experiences.
