Provides free individual and group counselling for children and youth ages three to 18 who have been exposed to family violence. Helps children and youth understand their emotions, discuss their trauma, develop a safety plan, recognize their strengths, increase their self-confidence, and understand that they are not responsible for the violence. Also provides individual and group support for the non-offending parent and caregivers. Serves the Sunshine Coast. Program hours vary. Physiotherapy Services provides intervention to support children (birth to school entry) to develop the gross motor skills necessary to participate in physical activity and play as independently as possible.more info

The Community Care Facilities Licensing program protects and promotes the health, safety and well-being of vulnerable children and adults in licensed care facilities. We do this through education, collaboration and regulation.more info

Counselling is available to children and youth (ages 3-18) who have experienced sexual abuse and/or have sexual behavior problems. This includes children under the age of 12 with sexually intrusive behavior's. Service includes a range of appropriate and timely assessment, treatment and consultation to both children and their families.
